Who we are
RecyFert Consulting Services B.V. is a regulatory advisory firm in The Hague. We build and finalise EU fertiliser dossiers under Regulation (EU) 2019/1009, so manufacturers can place CE-marked fertilising products on the EU market.
Our founder
Robert van Spingelen founded RecyFert. He has 20 years of experience in the specialty fertiliser industry, at Scotts Miracle-Gro and ICL Specialty Fertilisers. Eight years in sales across Africa, the Middle East, Japan, China and the Nordics. Twelve years in global marketing and product development.
He is President of the European Sustainable Phosphorus Platform (ESPP). He takes part in the European Commission expert group on fertilising products and coordinates a subgroup of its working group on digital labelling.
