What does the CE marking mean for fertilising products?

In simple words
The CE marking is a mark on the packaging. With this mark, the manufacturer states that the product follows the EU rules. The manufacturer may only use the mark after the conformity assessment is done and a declaration of conformity is written (Article 6(2)).

Where does the mark go?
The mark goes on the packaging. It must be easy to see, easy to read and permanent. If the product has no packaging, the mark goes on a document that comes with the product (Article 18).
