What does an FPR dossier from RecyFert cost?

In simple words

Prices are per dossier. They are in euro and do not include VAT. They do not include the fees of the notified body, which you pay to the notified body directly. Each price includes 2 revisions. Extra revisions are quoted separately.

Words in this article

Dossier
RecyFert's word for the full file for one product. It includes the technical documentation and the declaration of conformity.
Module
One of the fixed routes for conformity assessment. The regulation has Module A, Module B followed by Module C, Module D1 and Module A1.
Notified body
An independent organisation that an EU country has approved to check products or quality systems. Some modules need one.
Gilbert FPR software
The online software in which RecyFert builds your dossier.
Quality system
The written rules, checks and records that a company uses to make products of steady quality.

Optional services, paid once

  • QMS documentation setup (Module D.1 only): € 9,500 per company on the RecyFert licence. This includes 12 months of the QMS software licence. On your own licence: € 8,000 per company. You then need the QMS licence from Gilbert RegTech. The price is per company, not per product.
  • On-premises audit preparation: € 4,500 for 1 production site, plus travel costs. For more production sites, ask for a price.

Optional services, paid every year

  • Archiving: € 100 per dossier per year (RecyFert licence only).
  • Quality records logging (Module D.1): € 300 per dossier per year.
  • Annual internal audit: € 3,000 per year for 1 production site, plus travel costs. For more production sites, ask for a price.
  • QMS software licence (RecyFert licence, Module D.1): € 3,600 per company per year, from month 13.
