Month 0 to 6
You have full access. You can make the declaration of conformity and the technical documentation in different languages.
After 6 months: choose archiving
Archiving costs € 100 per dossier per year. RecyFert stores a copy of your dossier for the 5 years that the regulation requires after your product is first sold in the EU. RecyFert sends it to an auditor or authority within 24 hours. You can keep making the declaration and the technical documentation in different languages.
If you do not choose archiving
Your access closes. If you need access later, the dossier is treated as a new dossier.
If you use your own Gilbert licence
Archiving is part of your Gilbert licence. You do not need to choose.
